What began as a journey to solve his own injuries and athletic goals, Casey became obsessed with the process of athletic development. This led him to undertake a career a strength and conditioning coach in order to help other athletes maximize their genetic potential.

​​Casey's goals are simple: apply science-based principles so his athletes can reach their athletic goals and overcome injuries efficiently and effectively. He does so by utilizing a variety of means and methods that are personalized to the athlete and their unique situation.
